A spotter's whole job is to be there before the rep goes wrong. Ours is the same: easier to ask us which frame clears your ceiling than to find out on delivery day.

Anything physical — a return, a replacement part, a damaged box — goes through the store that shipped it.
Order, delivery, returns
These sit with the partner store that took the payment. Sign into that order and everything lives inside it — tracking, cancellation, refund, and replacement parts under warranty.
We have no view of your order from here, so we cannot track, amend or refund it. Forwarding the details to us only adds a day to the answer.

Assembly question instead? Send the step number from the manual and one photo of the joint, taken far enough back that both parts are in frame. Nine times in ten that is enough.
